Check-in time: between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Check-out time: before 10:00 AM

Parties and celebrations are not allowed.

We do not accept pets in any accommodation, except those that expressly state in their description that they are allowed.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you must deposit 20% of the total amount into the account number that will be provided in an email. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.

General Reservation Conditions:

A 20% deposit of the reservation, with a minimum of €100, will be made via bank transfer. We will send you the bank details via messaging, and your reservation will be confirmed once we receive proof of payment. The remaining balance will be due before your arrival date. Payment details will be arranged via messaging according to the terms and conditions of each accommodation.

A security deposit of €150 will be charged and refunded once the apartment has been inspected and found to be undamaged.

A €40 fee per stay will be charged for pets.

Cancellation Policy:

During peak season, if the reservation is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, a 100% refund will be issued. During low season, a 100% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled one month prior to arrival.

No refunds will be given after these deadlines.
