General conditions

Check-in time: between 4.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.

Check-out time: before 10.00 a.m.

No parties or celebrations are allowed.

We do not accept pets in any accommodation, except in those that expressly specify in their descriptive card that they are allowed. 

Once the booking has been confirmed, you must make a deposit of 20% of the total amount in the account number that will be indicated in an e-mail. The rest will be handed over on the day of arrival.

If you choose a non-refundable rate, you will have to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation when you confirm it.

Cancellation Policy

• If you have to cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation fee and the amount charged will be refunded. With less than 30 days notice the amount paid will not be refunded.
